“not a good time to check in, no service at all after Christmas day, the worst is hotel did not send me the check in information, eg. entry code, room no., etc. Then, as a overseas tourist, cannot have a local phone for this purpose, have to ask another room customer how to check in. Therefore, we have to choose our room by ourself...a bit disppointed by the nearly no facilities at all in the room, eg. small fridge, boiling pot.”

“Hotel easy to get to near tram line to the beach end of town. Breakfast in house on last day was very good. Easy location in area partly gentrified, great to see more older buildings being repurposed. History of hotel as ex DJ’s store interesting. Friendly staff and lovely bar on rooftop for our large group gathering on first evening there. Thank you all.”
