“It was wonderful to get away to the beautiful surroundings of Minnesota. Quiet, serene, tranquil. Mid-July was definitely a time for biting insects, but apply Off and enjoy the lake. We had everything we needed and more. It was nice to stay at a listing that took the extra step to provide things like trash bags, tp paper, and paper towels. Can't say enough positive things about the owner and communication. 10/10 for sure! Would definitely stay again if vacationing in that part of the US. ”

“We had 4 adult males with 2 boats staying on the property which exceeded our expectations. The amenities in the house and on the property were outstanding. The dock system is excellent and in a nice, protected bay. Power is close if you need to charge your boat. Plenty of parking for the trailers. Highly Recommend. ”

“Great accommodations for large group to relax and spread out after a long day on the boat fishing. Plenty of room for cooking and eating without getting in each other way. Very close to other resorts for food if you don't want to cook yourself. If you have a boat with you plenty of resorts nearby to get gas and bait for fishing.”

“This was our 2nd stay and this is one of our absolute favorite rentals! This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a quiet lake while still being minutes away from a grocery store! Our pups got to swim almost every day and there were plenty of paddleboards for the humans as well. The cabin sleeps so many people without feeling cramped but it also feels cozy with just two. You can sit on the dock and watch the fish, the water is crystal clear! There really isn't anything bad to say about……

“We needed a base to explore Voyageurs National Park and perhaps paddle around on a lake. This spot was all that and more, with a short walk to Sha Sha Resort and a short drive to Thunderbird resort - great restaurants on the water. Hope we can come back some day and spend more time.”

“Loved the tiny cabin. Was clean and comfortable (the AC was a blessing). The only drawback was that we couldn't have a fire due to no firestarter in the cabin. Also, the phone number listed in the guest book for the host, is not correct so we had ZERO communication with the host. ”

“This was our first visit to Minnesota. The house was beautiful and well kept. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The location is very peaceful, right on the lake. Plenty of recreation and exploration opportunities around. We would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The property itself is beautiful - the decor, the views, the amenities! The kids had so much fun playing outside, and they loved the bunkbeds! There are six chairs around the dining room table, but it worked for 10 when we brought the stools from the kitchen. Communication with the owners was always quick and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place!”

“This is a cozy cabin, rustic for sure, but amazing deck over the water and peace and quiet all around. Great owner to deal with. Kids had a great time as well.”

“Stay was good. Not the easiest if you're pulling a boat to get in and out. Wouldn't recommend pulling all the way up to the house with the boat in tow. Neighbors in the other unit were a bit loud and made it difficult for those in the inner bedroom to sleep in the unit we stayed in, but overall, a good experience and place to stay. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Cozy and comfortable for 4 people!”
