“Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!”

“This place was great. We were able to have our three dogs here. They have a fenced yard for the dogs. Nice table outside to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Great Location”

“Really enjoyed the apartment! My son and I came to San Jose for an inline hockey tournament and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Quite at night, good privacy, but centrally located as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!”

“Love the easy check-in. Lots of towels. Couldn’t find pillows for sleeper sofa, but there were extra on the beds.Property was nice and we enjoyed the hike to the beach and the Hot Tub was very nice.We weren’t there the time of year to see sunset over the Ocean, but the view were still very nice.”

“This 2-bedroom apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and in an excellent location: quiet but close to the beach, hiking, shopping and restaurants. There's an outdoor firepit and a grill, with a table chairs. The hosts were incredibly good about responding to our questions. We plan to return often!”

“We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. All in all, the apartment was clean, parking was incredibly accessible (especially in a city where it can be hard to come by), and it's the perfect spot for a getaway in the lovely city of Capitola! ”

“We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s……

“Well organized and clean in a good location near downtown.. Parking was not clearly explained and pet charges were a surprise and not clearly stated in the marketing material, but otherwise, we were very satisfied and had a great stay.”
