“Our stay at this property was incredibly disappointing due to numerous issues that should have been addressed before our arrival.First, communication from the host was severely lacking. In past VRBO bookings, hosts have always reached out with check-in instructions ahead of time, but here, we didn’t hear anything until we were already at the location.
