“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!”

“The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.”

“I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me. Very quiet and peaceful.The only things I think can be improved are the cleanliness of the floors, a new knife set and a better supply of……

“The owner of this property went all out to ensure this vacation rental was wonderfully decorated and perfectly equipped. The backyard area must be seen in person to be fully appreciated! Pet friendly, our dogs had great fun playing in a large, privacy-fenced grassy area. Quiet street, plenty of parking space. Conveniently located to downtown Mt. Dora, but also a quick drive to Renninger's and retail. ”

“The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing.
