“The house & deck were very nice with beautiful view of the lake. It could use some typical amenities like tissues, hair dryer, etc. The main problem is getting to the house. It’s a 3/4 mile drive down a narrow stone road riddled with potholes and bumps. I was afraid I was going to do damage to the rental car and that’s driving at or lower than the 15mph speed limit! ”

Driftwood Cottage provides a perfect base for visits to the area with great access to Augusta and Waterville while sitting in the idyllic Belgrade Lakes region.We don’t visit Maine for fancy, we want practical, comfortable, clean and convenient and this house that in spades. “Beautiful cabin for our family group vacation! Met all of our needs and more! Spacious open floor plan - never felt cramped! Enjoyed time on the deck and on the dock!
