“More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“Brilliant location right in the heart of the action but also tucked away in a little lane. Always felt safe. Can see the waterfront area and Beatles statues at the end of the street. Also a small supermarket a few minutes’ walk, as is Matthews Street. The apartment is a little tired but we found it clean, comfortable and spacious.
