“Beautiful lake, cozy, clean living space, and great weather made this stay a success! The private dock, (from what we were able to see the nicest one on the lake) was phenomenal! Would love to tell you about surrounding sights but we refused to leave the lake! Nothing negative to say about this rental, it is special. Fishing was pretty good too! We only travel with our dogs so it was nice that the host allows them to stay too. We love it and hope to return again some day.”

“We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us!”

“Great home on Dale Hallow”

“Our family reunion was at SSSP, but couldn’t get a cabin. This place is 15-17 mins drive to there. The place looks exactly as pictured. We enjoyed fishing right in the back. There is a RV park next door, but it is concealed well with vegetation and bamboo screens in the back, where you spend your time. There is not a washer/dryer or dishwasher. The cabin is CLEAN. I saw one rolly-polly. That’s it. No bugs, no mice…things you expect near the water. The river is cold and beautiful. Lots of trout.……

“This place was a God send for my husband and myself. We are both psychotherapists and needed a place to recharge, and this home was perfect for that. From reserving, to check in, checkout and during our stay, the hosts were readily available, helpful and kind. The home was immaculate, most everything we needed was provided. The rustic charm made us feel like we were camping, but with all the conveniences. The back porch overlooking the pond, was where we spent a lot of our time, talking,……

“We gathered from out of state for a family reunion. There were 33 of us total. Overall we had a great stay. Things worth mentioning is that the pool was much smaller than we thought, we did have a little trouble with showers for our large group as those were limited in number, and it would have been great if they had a safety gate for the stairs as we had some little ones with us. Other than that, the cabin was perfect. Clean, roomy, we'll stocked. We really appreciated the AC, hot tub, fire……
