“This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was……

“We gathered from out of state for a family reunion. There were 33 of us total. Overall we had a great stay. Things worth mentioning is that the pool was much smaller than we thought, we did have a little trouble with showers for our large group as those were limited in number, and it would have been great if they had a safety gate for the stairs as we had some little ones with us. “Beautiful place - enjoyed staying here. We visited at least 20 waterfalls within 2 hours of Cookeville, TN. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. We had to go to Walmart to get a single serve universal coffee cup for the Keurig coffee maker so we could use the coffee we brought with us. ”

“We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. “We enjoyed the privacy of this cabin. It was close to some cool shops and close enough to town to visit a great Mexican restaurant and a Duncan drive through. We spent most of our time on the wonderful deck and dock and going on walks. We saw multiple deer, turkey, large trout, a water moccasin, and we even had a bald eagle visit us Everything inside the cabin was just the way we wanted it. Great stay!”
