“We staid at Poggio ai Lupi with our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Allthough the weather wasn't the weather you generally expect in Toscany, we had the time of our lives. The accommodation and the surrounding are phenomenal just like the hospitality of our host Claudia. We enjoyed the house, the visits to the beautiful cities in the area, cycling/mountainbiking and catching the 9 donkeys who escaped and bring them back to their meadow. It was a holiday we are never going to……

“The apartment is close to the Pisa Tower. The owners (who live on the ground floor) are very welcoming and warm. The turtles in the courtyard and the parrots are a real plus and delight the children. The house is old-style but large (the entire first floor with a large terrace). “Tolle Location! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet. Meerblick bis zum Hafen von Livorno. Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüsst und alles genau gezeigt. Bei einem Problem mit der Wasserversorgung hat er sofort reagiert. “Wir sind das dritte Mal hier in dieser Ferienwohnung von Patrizia und Fabrizio. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Umgebung ist super, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Bars, Restaurants, usw… Die Ausflugsziele Pietrasanta, Florenz oder Viareggio sind sehr schön. Fabrizio und Patrizia sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und immer für Fragen offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herzlichen……

Due to a mix up about the address (the address is in Pisa, not Livorno, and the same address in Livorno is nearly ten miles from the actual apartment) we took much longer to get to the Vrbo than we had originally told the property manager. We did, however, finally get the correct location and got a taxi to the address with an arrival at 19:45. We were then told by the property manager that she had had a long day and she was not willing to meet up……
