“This is a big comfortable house in a stellar neighborhood. Love the window seat and the retro tile bathroom! The backyard is a great place to catch fireflies and the dinning room table can be made to accommodate a crowd. The host is a gracious man. We were greeted personally by him, with fresh flowers in the entry and bagels with cream cheese in the kitchen. It’s also a five minute drive to Broad Ripple, bars, and restaurants, and shopping. ”

“My husband and I were in town for a concert weekend at Deer Creek, something we do almost every year. This place was by far the absolute best spot we have *ever* gotten in the Indy area. It is in such a nice location, easy to find, and is also so cozy. The owners provided so many options for food and other points of interest, as well as some really cool history about the property and family. We will 110% stay again. 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“It was a great stay! Was a comfortable home base while we were in town for a tournament.Clint was also a great host. He made the honest mistake to expire our access code a day early (our checkout was Monday, most people check out on Sundays). And when we got back at 9:45 on a Sunday night to find ourselves locked out, all it took was a 2 minute phone call to get in and have the code reactivated. Mostly didn't need him, but he was there when we did!Would absolutely stay again!”

“This is a great house with lots of space! The air hockey table was lots of fun and the projector in the basement was easy to use (and Netflix was signed in and ready to go on each TV). There is loads of space outside if weather permits. Huge kitchen with everything you could think to need! ”

“We enjoyed our stay for a weeklong event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 5 minutes from the track and lots of food options on Main Street. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but the cabinets and drawers seem to have all that’s necessary for those who wish to cook. Washer and dryer in the basement if needed. The houses in that area do not have much of a driveway, so if you are staying with multiple cars, two cars are no problem,……
