“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor……

“Lovely house for a family birthday party, slept 8 adults in comfort, lovely lounge and kitchen for chilling out. 5 mins walk into lovely Llangollen with great cafes, pubs, restaurants and river. Hope to be back soon”

“Zero supplies (no towels, 1 roll toilet paper), dangerous ladder to dormer bedrooms, decor and furniture looked like it was from 1960s, student dorm feel with multiple posted instruction lists on walls, funky odour throughout. Sherpas required for climb to entrance. Nice view, though.”
