“酒店職員英文水平高，而且本人行李比較多，聰明的酒店職員立即找手推車來裝本人行李。 其次，本人因為當天美國航空公司航班延誤，要半夜2時才到達酒店，酒店職員還迅速幫本人辦理入住手續，本人當時急需要電腦辦理次日去達拉斯的航空公司預辦登機手續，職員立即幫本人找到電腦。 酒店早餐營養豐富，有足夠肉類，比其他本人住過的美國酒店好。 酒店lobby空調充足，溫度夠恰當。另外lobby有得購物，且非常方便。 論位置，酒店離開購物中心才5分鐘路程，離開機場不遠，才1公里。 要讚揚酒店職員非常熱心幫忙，本人沒有uber手機應用程式，本人在退房當日有需要到Pharr辦理業務，職員迅速幫本人找到可以刷信用卡及有發票的計程車，並且樂意幫本人坐西班牙語的翻譯。 酒店寄存行李服務方面，非常到位，並且有足夠儲存空間。 最後，要提出一點，就是本人入住的118號客房，早上打開房門，非常多蚊子飛進來”

“A very friendly and thoughtful staff here very nice arrangement altogether I don't know if I get to use the pool because of the timing but it looks very nice out there the pool has a barbecue next to it also.”
