“Our trip was amazing. Charles, the owner, offered to leave the car we rented from him at the ferry so from the moment we arrived, we started to settle into Vieques. “Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. "A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. "
