“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“Very nice place for a big family! There are two spacious living rooms, which was great for everyone to hang out and relax. The parking space is large, which made things super easy for us. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the train station, so getting to the city was no problem at all.The house has an older style, but for the price, it’s still a great deal. It was comfortable, functional, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for families or groups……

“We fell in love with Gerard's adorable place - beautifully appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom is quite large and the second bedroom is "cozy" but certainly sufficient. “Honestly i do not know where to start, everything was perfect. My friend and i needed a place to stay while celebrating a baby shower and this rental was not only the perfect location but it was a great price as well. The place was very clean, very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, and the host were very kind and attentive. This place checked all our boxes and we would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the Island. I highly recommend this rental to others!”
