“My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting colleges in the area. The room was cute (modern, beach-vibe) and clean. As others mentioned when the bar let out around midnight it was a little loud (many college students rent in the area). I also didn’t care for the mini-split going on and off throughout the night - I’m just not used to that noise. Overall it was a fine stay but perhaps not if you are a light-sleeper. ”

“Gerard was a great host with excellent communication, perhaps one of the most attentive that I’ve ever experienced. The rental is just as cute as the pictures and centrally located to wonderful restaurants and shopping. I made the assumption while booking that the small couch was a pullout, it is not.
