“Very. Very. Very. Clean property. Smells good. Looks good. Comfortable, very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. We had a small issue in the address. On the app, the address was 142 but the actual property was 146. The pictures helped us to the property. And 1 more small thing, we didnt have was towels. But we actually travel with wash towels. With so much family on the east coast, we will for sure revisit this property. ”

“Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. “My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect.
