“Very. Very. Very. Clean property. Smells good. Looks good. Comfortable, very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. We had a small issue in the address. On the app, the address was 142 but the actual property was 146. The pictures helped us to the property. And 1 more small thing, we didnt have was towels. But we actually travel with wash towels. With so much family on the east coast, we will for sure revisit this property. ”

“Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. “We had a spectacular time. place was very clean. They had snacks and water in the fridge. Working freezer/fridge, gas range. There was one hickup.
