“This house looks good from it's picture but it is another story when you drive up to it. Trash can outside in front of house was full and overflowing with trash all over the yard. House is located on a halfway main street with cars driving on it all night long. House was over decorated with Ross glass decorations to the point you feel like you are a bull in a China shop and have no choice but to remove all the dangerous glass from everywhere just to walk from one room to the next Beds are all……

“Home was clean, stocked and as advertised! Host was available as needed (trouble shooting the TV). Only nuances, the neighborhood is run down, neighbors had very noisy dogs - while the home was pet friendly, eveytime we took our dog out the neighbor dogs barked continuously. Not the hosts fault, maybe a privacy fence or some privacy landscaping could help. We had two families one with a baby, the layout is tight, so if baby was up, so was everyone else. Last comment, says it sleeps six. But……

“If I could give Jenny (the host) extra stars I would. She was incredibly helpful answering my many questions (not least the measurements of the tables in the house so I knew what size tablecloths to get!) The property is very pretty and peaceful and an easy drive to AU. Publix minutes away. We live out of state but wanted to host extended family for graduation weekend, 11 adults aged 20-81 yrs. The Pond House gave us room to spread out *and* be together--much better than separate hotel rooms.……
