“The FarmHaus property is amazing! Very quaint and charming. The back porch offers amazing views of the fields and pond. Watch the workings of the farm itself from the front porch. The kids love the cows and birds! It is so quiet. We were overly impressed with all of the little amenities and personal notes and touches. The Internet service was great. The property was clean and so many small things provided- like a Keurig coffee pot and filters, laundry detergent, and wonderful hand……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Intercourse Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, it was even prettier in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our 2 small families. It was a perfect location to go to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm & Dutch Wonderland with the kids. We also enjoyed waving to all of the friendly neighbors driving up & down the street with their horse & buggies. We would absolutely stay here again. “The only thing that I was not clear on was that the 2 bedrooms are up some pretty steep stairs. This home is a well renovated historic home so it wasn't a surprise. It was not a problem for us but we are older and you just need to know it. We were there for a family event and didn't take advantage of being downtown, the kitchen or the courtyard. It was very nice, comfortable and the garage was a plus. We would stay there again. ”

“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……

“Very clean. Everything you cold need. Bit of a problem with coffee maker but owner was there immediately to fix. Beds were comfy house was great”

“Beautiful quaint colonial house. It was such a cool experience, but no worries it has modern amenities. The host is very nice and has great communication. The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit. This was such an amazing experience for the family. Thank you so much to the host. ”
