“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”

“The property was great in that it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool and fitness center were excellent. Breakfast was great; not marvelous but good enough to get the day going. What wasn't great was the housekeeping because I expected for my room to be attended to "every other day" as per the handout. I checked in Thursday late at night, put the "do not disturb " sign friday daytime, removed it on Saturday daytime and expected housekeeping upon arrival Saturday night.……
