“A clean comfortable house with a beautiful view. So peaceful!”

“We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. The best part was that it was only a 7-minute walk to a family member’s new home in Cobb, which made it incredibly convenient. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!”

“This place looks just like the photos. Everything was clean. We had one hiccup and the owner was quick to respond and help. We brought our two pups which was a little challenging with no grass but we took a walk or there is also a patch of dirt on the side and the dogs quickly adapted. BBQ worked great, fully supplied kitchen. The pool table and WII were a hit for our tweens after fishing all day. Look forward to coming again next year. ”

“The view is amazing. The road to get there is confusing and very windy and narrow. There is very little in the kitchen so bring everything you need. There is a coffee maker with filters and literally salt and ice. Period.Steep driveway steep stairs. Only one bathroom. Comfy beds”

“Great location, and home is very clean. Just as described and seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 6. I'm not sure I would recommend for greater than 6 even though it can sleep more. Airbeds are provided but there is limited space to set them up. And only one shower. If you dont mind those conditions, it is a comfy and clean home right on the lake. ”

“The house might be a little dated, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the management team provides excellent communication. The view is fantastic. It is across the street from a liquor store, but we found the traffic noise died down at a reasonable time (and the fan in the bathroom helped provide some white noise for my sleeping teens). I loved having bigger beds in all the rooms for our kids. And we enjoyed the porch swing. ”

“Cool cabin, lots of communication with host. Hummingbirds were amazing, there were hundreds. Didn’t realize both bathrooms were on the lowest floor so the top floor bedroom had a two story walk down when facilities were needed. Roads are extremely narrow to get to house and we were expecting an easier route to the river. Great spot for folks looking for an “off the beaten path” stay. Treehouse feeling was great.”

“Property was great. We had an awesome time fishing and relaxing at the property. Check in and out process was easy. Communication with the manager (John) was quick and fast. John was great at getting me the info I needed to get situated even when he was on vacation. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Our group of 10 stayed at this house for a week. It is a lovely place and very well appointed and comfortable. However, there were many broken or non functioning aspects (outdoor lights, dishwasher, umbrellas, outdoor chairs..). We were able to fix several and it did not overly impact our stay. The property manager was extremely prompt and responsive in resolving concerns. The kitchen is amazing and a wonderful place to cook together. The location is great. “Location and Villa= Amazing Tuscan hideaway!! Photos are great, but in person even better!! Our host Dan was immediately available for any questions, etc.. Beds and furnishings and kitchen all well stocked. Outdoor experience is the most enjoyable of all!! The grounds are beautiful and privacy is even better.. Ppo, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen , etc… nothing else needed!! So happy to return down the road!! Thank you!!”
