“This was such a gorgeous property! From the moment we walked in, the views took our breath away. There was plenty of room for our family and we enjoyed socializing on the beautiful deck and around the pool. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool and all the toys kept in the shed next to it. We would definitely want to return!”

“Great house- plenty of room for everyone-fenced yard for the pups- caught bass, bluegill all released. The lake was starting to turn, so no swimming. Only nit-pick-cooking pans kind of groty. Loved the stove!”

“We had a great wonderful stay at the River House. The house was fully furnished and very clean. River essentials (kayaks/life vest and floaties) were available. My youngest grandson’s favorite feature was the swing The place is short distance driving to downtown Healdsburg where we mostly had our lunch/dinners. Will definitely consider coming back to this place cuz of the ambience and the wonderful fast assistance of Debi and husband when we had a fridge situation. Again…thank you ”

“Location was good, nice view, but I didn’t realize highway 20 was just 40 yards below the deck, thus somewhat noisy outside. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. There was some dirt on blinds and window sills, but not bad. The neighborhood was ok, a few abandoned homes down the road, but nice homes surrounding the house. Overall a good stay, we went to Blue Lakes lodge to swim the next day, nice… ”

“Excellent home in a spectacular location. Cynthia is a knowledgable, friendly and very helpful host. The home worked really well for my husband and I, our son and his partner. Very well provisioned, really comfortable beds, great bathrooms and plenty of space. Great security too. And what a deck! Great for a quiet cuppa in the tranquility of the bush. Even had a family of deer living nearby. Easy walk to town enjoying the bush scenery. Very friendly neighbors. Could t have wanted anything more.……
