“In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. ”

“The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. ”
“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to……
“Lovely lodge with perfect location and host. The room is very comfortable, we had the best sleep here. Even though we were late for the breakfast, the host still made us tasty brunch. The decorations and beddings are very thoughtful, don’t miss this gem. ”
“The B&B is pristine and very neat and tidy. We were upstairs and had to learn that the roof was low and sloped! The noise could be heard clearly from the room below. When we booked we must've nissed the small print! We paid a lot of money and expected a B&B to include breakfast. We would've had to pay extra had we wanted any!! In our humble opinion it was not worth the huge sum we had to pay.”
“Better than expected. Booked as was doing the Jacobite train the following day. After checking out hotels in the Fort William area I was appalled at the cost and low standards of hotels ( I'm Scottish ). Came across this in hotels.com and was perfect for our needs. Chalet was a good size, was clean & comfortable bed. Would recommend if in the area. ”
