“Francoise has a lovely home, with lots of space and a fantastic patio. It is beautifully decorated and is well stocked with cups, glasses (for any beverage), cutlery (oyster knives!), pots, pans and just about anything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very close to Amboise, but it is recommended that you have a rental car as the walk to town would be difficult. However, the drive into town is very easy. Parking is available. “When we drove through the historic gate we entered a medieval paradise, the garden was beautiful even on a rainy day in January! This unit was ideally located within walking distance of the town shops and restaurants. Views from 2nd floor bedrooms were beautiful, just note that stairs would be a challenge if one had mobility Issues. Amboise is a charming welcoming town and manageable size to walk and explore”
