If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. “Excellent sejour en famille, il s’agissait d’une brève étape mais du début a la fin le service a été impeccable, notamment grâce a la personne qui nous a accueilli. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très confortables, climatisée (équipement plutôt recent) avec bouteilles d’eau et café à disposition. La salle de bain était convenable, un poil vieillissante mais honnêtement largement au dessus de ce que nous avons pu connaître ailleurs. Rien a redire de la propreté. Tout le monde s’est……

“If you like old towns with history and want to stay in an old coaching inn (logis de france), then stay here! It is old but cleaned very well. The restaurant (also dining room for breakfast) is beautiful. Le monsieur (owner) is a excellent chef and madame serves meals for an elegant and unhurried evening. often only 4-6 other tables dining. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved Loches and the Hotel de France!”
