“We stayed at Le Grand Monarque, Azay-le-Rideau for 3 nights. Everything was great: central location, large room, very quiet and they have a parking location near by. All staff at the reception was wonderful but I would like to give our special thanks to Isabelle. She was above and beyond making recommendations, booking restaurants, suggesting stores and point if interests. Thank you, Isabelle for your fantastic job! ”

We enjoyed eating the continental breakfast on the patio outside each morning and loved relaxing by the pool after exploring during the day. “Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort. Overall it is good value for money. I……
