“Aside from the hosts, this stay was the low point of our trip. The first indicator of things to come was when I made my reservation, I couldn't use my free night. When I spoke with the owner, she was offended that I tried to use a hotels.com free night award at her B&B...in fact, she refused to honor it.
Fast-forward to our arrival and check-in was awkward; the parking lot is on one end of the house and you have to walk the length of the inn on an old sidewalk to get to reception...it was……
