“This a nice property in terms of location, host responsiveness, easy parking, and decor. However, there are a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. The beds are extremely firm. All 5 of us in our group found them quite uncomfortable. We also had an issue with operating the thermostat. It’s a digital unit that isn’t intuitive and doesn’t include any operating instructions. I felt bad that the AC guy who came out to the property late in the evening had to be the one to show us how to use……

“Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….”

“We stayed for a month while looking for home to purchase. The location is unbeatable; walk to many stores, just a few miles from Lodi's charming downtown and few miles to the beautiful Lodi lake. Home was well equipped, the true full kitchen (not just a microwave and hotplate, but stove and oven) and in-unit washer and dryer were so convenient. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy. The private yard area was so peaceful.....don't miss sunsets in the yard at the bistro set! ”

“Overall,everything was great. We rented the house because my daughter was getting married in Mokelumne Hill that weekend. The house was the perfect size and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool table was a big hit! ”

“This bungalow at Village West Marina and Resort was just perfect. The deck on Fourteen Slough was great to watch and listen to all kinds of birds and wildlife. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well supplied. It was a pleasant stroll through the marina to the restaurants. All in all - we had a great time and will come again!”

“One of the easiest and best places to stay with a boat on the delta. Rooms are clean, beds are great, place has all you need for your stay. The views from large deck are awesome too!”

“We rented this beautiful place for the weekend to be with our dad who turned 100 on Friday, April 4th. We have been planning for months. This is an amazing house with all the amenities and a great atmosphere and lots of space with 6 bedrooms, kitchen and lovely backyard and seating areas. I would love to rent this again sometime and stay longer. Great communication. I have only wonderful things to say about this stay and the house.”

“The house was very nice. It worked out for our group who was in town for a sports tournament, and it was great for our dog with a large, fully fenced yard. The neighborhood is very nice to walk through and there is a great bakery about two blocks away that we walked to every morning. The only drawback there was that there tends to be a fair amount of loud traffic, IE big diesel pickups so if you are a very light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs. But it was definitely not an all night long……
