“This a nice property in terms of location, host responsiveness, easy parking, and decor. However, there are a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. The beds are extremely firm. All 5 of us in our group found them quite uncomfortable. We also had an issue with operating the thermostat. It’s a digital unit that isn’t intuitive and doesn’t include any operating instructions. I felt bad that the AC guy who came out to the property late in the evening had to be the one to show us how to use……

“Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….”

“We stayed for a month while looking for home to purchase. The location is unbeatable; walk to many stores, just a few miles from Lodi's charming downtown and few miles to the beautiful Lodi lake. Home was well equipped, the true full kitchen (not just a microwave and hotplate, but stove and oven) and in-unit washer and dryer were so convenient. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy. The private yard area was so peaceful.....don't miss sunsets in the yard at the bistro set! ”

“This bungalow at Village West Marina and Resort was just perfect. The deck on Fourteen Slough was great to watch and listen to all kinds of birds and wildlife. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well supplied. It was a pleasant stroll through the marina to the restaurants. All in all - we had a great time and will come again!”

“Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen for cooking suppers with friends.”

“This charming three bedroom 3.5 baths was a fabulous place to stay. It had everything one could need and the owners even left a lovely bottle of wine for us! The beds were very comfortable. The house is darling and the wraparound front porch made it feel like bygone years! It was such a sweet home. The location two blocks from the historic downtown was so perfect! As cyclists we also appreciated how fast it was to get out to the country roads for riding. We will definitely stay here again in……

“Wonderful stay! Everything was just as I had hoped, comfortable beds, hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes. Thanks again!”

“First of all, we booked this property on 8/4. The owner stated they weren't aware. We were already at this location and had to leave because they double booked. We were rerouted to another property in the "hood". There was a shooting. Pubic hairs on the towels. A dangerous basement staircase, no lock on the door! It was too late for us to go anywhere else. There was only 1 bathroom for 5 people. I was given a $225 discount prior to arriving to the new location. I would have turned it down if i……

“The property is beautiful. The Villa is HUGE and amazing. The garbage disposal had to be replaced and put the kitchen off limits. The next day the dishwashers spewed water out of the vent and could not be used. We had hired a chef for that nights dinner. ”

“We rented this beautiful place for the weekend to be with our dad who turned 100 on Friday, April 4th. We have been planning for months. This is an amazing house with all the amenities and a great atmosphere and lots of space with 6 bedrooms, kitchen and lovely backyard and seating areas. I would love to rent this again sometime and stay longer. Great communication. I have only wonderful things to say about this stay and the house.”
