“Our stay in Reedville was very relaxing. Our guests ranged in age from 16 months to 84 years old. The littlest were delighted with the beach and the water was perfect for wading. They also enjoyed all of the swings and hammocks and the local wildlife. The older kids (teens) had a great time swimming and kayaking. We caught some crabs and fish. “Wonderful stay at the beautiful Rivah Mojo. We crabbed, fished, kayaked, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Fantastic restaurants not too far, but a well stocked kitchen here too. We would love to come back!”

“The property is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot where the only sounds you’ll hear are from nature itself. I especially loved the private beach, it was such a relaxing escape. We spent most of our time fishing off the boat deck, which quickly became our favorite hangout. We did come across a few bugs, but nothing unexpected for the setting. Overall, we had a wonderful time.”

“This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. “My family and I came down for a long weekend. Ages ranging from 1 to 83 years old. This house accommodated everyone.Unbelievable views from the windows right on the water. The host has thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy sitting areas. We loved the sunroom.Kayaks and paddleboards were available for use and we enjoyed using both. We even tried out the crab The host was easy to contact for any questions.I highly recommend this property. I would love to……

“This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first……

“Check in couldn't have been easier. The kitchen was well equipped with basic spices, pots and pans, coffee, tea and appliances. Smooth Wi-Fi access. The house was clean, the bedding and towels were clean and my husband with a bad back found the mattresses comfortable.I will say that we ended up buying gallon jugs of water to drink because we found the tap water to be too metallic tasting. But that wasn't a big issue.The beach nearby was lovely for a nice dunk in the Bay. Very family friendly and……
