“Clean and affordable”

“Pros: The room was clean and modern. Cons: The long term residents fought loudly and continually. Theiy had two dogs that barked incessantly. Other guest's decided the parking lot was a good place to party well into the night. Breakfast selections sorely lacking. It seems to be more of a long-term hotel than a regular hotel. ”

“We gave a five-star rating because it wasn't room for more stars. This was our third stay and we absolutely love the place. It's exceptionally clean and a great value and Julie does a wonderful job”

“Had an amazing experience. Right by the Des Moines river. Owners are terrific. Nice quiet area to go and stay to get away from the busy and loud everyday life. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. My kids loved every minute of our stay and want to go back. 10/10 for my family!”
