“It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. The actual unit was cozy and intimate with a great air conditioner that kept us cool though it was very hot outside. The house sits in a great Cove with deep water and a very functional boat dock that we fully utilized. We plan to book again on our next trip to the lake. “This is a well-presented house and the location is great. I was able to walk into Mathews for food and coffee. The host was very responsive to last-minute needs. The place was clean and well-equipped, except missing a spatula for the frying pan, which the host had sent several over right away. This is a somewhat quirky house, as many of these are, with ample closets in one room but not in the master bedroom, but we enjoyed cooking and dining with family. I recommend this place. ”
