“Very good except 1 bathroom in basement so 1 couple in one bedroom had to use the basement. We used the basement and let our family guest use the bathroom...also the coffee maker does not work because it has to be cleaned with a special cleaner”

“The boathouse is my new "mind palace". The porch is what sold the rental, and it did not disappoint! The views of the river were spectacular with amazing bird sightings for my birder family. The upper porch was wonderful for early morning coffee & reading, while the lower porch was fantastic for evening cocktails & pool table tournaments.
