“Over all not bad here’s the pros and cons.Cons: sofas are broken down and uncomfortable to sit in, the mattresses are uncomfortable to sleep on, most of the outs and pans are scorched beyond usefulness and the address is not posted on the street so it was not easy to find.Pros: Check in was easy and the house was emaculatly clean. I wore white socks on the floor The whole time I was there and they stayed white. The neighborhood is nice and area is beautiful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Jon & Katie’s beautiful home. My family, ranging in age from 14-85 yo, stayed for four nights to attend my niece’s wedding. The home was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. With so many bedrooms we were easily able to spread out, and the varied living/gathering spaces made relaxation and hanging out fun. “We had to stay in the Arcadia area for several days and were excited to book this rental. It provide and excellent and very quiet place to stay along the northern coast of California, with a spectacular view of the mad river and the ocean. The house is well stocked with everything a renter would need for cooking, vacationing, sleeping, etc. And it is pleasantly comfortable as well.
