“Good location with plenty to do within walking distance. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good communication and off street parking was a plus.”

Across the street from the community forest for many walks, close to town (Arcata is pretty small though), great game room area for teenagers, lots of space, big smart TV, and a great sunroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We really liked this place and we will definitely want to stay again! ”

“We loved this quiet little house for our stay as we visitied the Redwoods! Manager was super responsive when the blinds got stuck, and we had no other issues. Would definitely stay again!”

“House was a great size and fit our needs. Kitchen was a little sparsely equipped and could definitely use more forks!Dishwasher did not work, we ran it twice and the soap pod never dissolved.Couches could use some new cushions; we all sank in and it was hard to get up out of the couch, especially the 80-year olds we had with us. Other than that, great trip, thank you!”

“The property is off the beaten track and quiet. Sitting on the deck was a delight. The home is cozy, without having tons of knick knacks in the way. Little extras like laundry detergent, plastic baggies, kitchen towels, etc. made us realize the hosts thought through the visit. Thank you so much for these type details. ”

“House and property were wonderful. Plenty of room for family and friends. Close to lots of amenities. Hot tub stopped working and they got someone to come repair it on the weekend. Great service. Would definitely stay there again.”

“What a lovely little apartment! The beautifully landscaped garden was an unexpected plus and the fenced in back yard would have been perfect if we'd brought our dog. Sadly, didn't recall seeing any of that reflected in the description. Joellen was extremely responsive, especially when we initially had a little trouble with the lock. And the place was spotless! Location was like being in the country, and one could easily have not gotten in your car during the whole stay with numerous hiking……

“The house was as advertised. It's a very large 4 bedroom home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses, etc. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get around Eureka from that location.”

“We were in Arcata for a week to visit family. This VRBO was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and walkable to the Marsh which is a bird sanctuary. The unit is cozy and is furnished with everything you need. It was located on the second floor. The washer and dryer is off the car port down below and it costs 3.50 to wash and dry a load. Make sure you have plenty of quarters. We found you had to wash the dishes and silverware before using as we discovered some were not……

It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the things we wanted to see. The host was quick to respond and was very gracious. We would definitely rent again if we visit this area in the future. ”
