“I read various reviews before booking this hotel; some were very positive, while others were quite negative, which made me a bit worried. However, since we were only staying for one night and leaving for the airport in the morning, we decided to give it a try. I was aware that there would be no reception and possible extra charges at certain times, so we arrived at the hotel as soon as we got to Milan. “Everything is going. 15min walk to central stations. 10min walk to metro station. Only one weird thing happened was someone opened the room door and light until we came back at 10pm. I think that was someone checking the air conditioner. Nothing was missing or moving. Btw they have security all time.”

“It's close to shopping centre. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning cools the room efficiently and silently. I didn't like the TV channels were all local Italian and no english language channels.”

“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening.
