“The staff were super amazing. However the A/C in our room was dripping waster into the room. The shower would alternate between very cold and hot water while you are showing. The room seem to be refurbished but you could see dirt in the creases and corners. I hope those are not molds. Because of how welcoming the staff were, I wanted to overlook it, but I wasn't other visitors to be aware”

“Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.”

“We had a great experience with the hostess meeting us to show up the place. She was very friendly and helpful with all her suggestions. The apartment is in the heart of everything. Restaurants and bars all around. The train is a 10 minute walk and the lake is 2 minutes away. Ferries and busses to take you wherever you need to go. The place is very spacious and comfortable with a nice area outside to relax. The bathroom is very big and the bed is comfortable. I give it a 10 for cleanliness,……
