"Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room."

"Location is good. Tram station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel is clean and new, and the vibe is good and young. Breakfast very impressive. Price is reasonable in Florence."

"我住三晚，第一晚我不能入睡，因為很凍，第二天我問服務員怎樣？她叫一位工作人員幫我把空調轉做29度熱氣，我第二和第三日都很好。車泊在屋仔隔離，很方便。還有巴士站在70米附近去名聖車行29分鐘。我很喜歡。"
