“The room boasts a very nice design, with the balcony being a particular highlight. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ruby Bea Florence enjoys a convenient location, making it easy to explore key attractions within a 20-minute walk. ”

“The hotel offers free parking. In a 3-minute drive, Piazzale Michelangelo can be reached. The room is quiet, clean and large. The fee snacks and drinks in the happy hours added marks to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The down side is that, not only this hotel but in the most part of Italy, the existence of mosquitos. Luckily, there are electrical mosquito propellant offered in the room. ”

“Hotel breakfast was very limited with pastry only. Parking was included in the booking but the reception tried to have us pay 15 euro per day. No air conditioner is definitely a downside.”

“We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend. ”

“Most staff are no so friendly. They also charged us 7 Euro for our 2 year-old son for joining breakfast. They didn't notify us that they need to charge him when we entered. They just came with a bill when we were finishing. ”

“從火車站走來要10分鐘以上,沿途行人道小又是石板路不太好推行李箱,旁邊是一個大公園,有免費下午茶東西不錯吃算很有誠意,早餐也算精緻雖然種類不多,早餐提供到10點,位置不多,以至於9點多去有時客滿要等一下,浴室淋浴間的們大概是飯店的大缺點,門很難使用,洗完澡地板都濕一片!”
