“Great stay”

“Friendly and competent staff, room was spacious with direct access to the lake (great for taking the dog out easily). Decor was outdated, but didn't distract from the overall stay, considering the place was priced appropriately. Everything was in good and working order.”

We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed. We will be coming back for a 4th visit. ”

“Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.”

“Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in.”
