“Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but carpet needed a good hoover over and the door frame looked like it had been forced open and was hard to lock the door at night. When you had the balcony door open and it was breezy you had this high pitched whistling sound come through the room and exit through the gap in the door frame . ”

“The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly……

“it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). ”

“Sehr angenehmes Hotel, Frühstück super, mit tollem Blick auf den (kleinen) Flughafen. Auch abends in der Bar sitzen und auf den Flughafen schauen ist toll!”

“Lovely venue and gardens. Breakfast was a bit of a shame. They had run out of most items in the buffet and we had to wait for a table. They should also have proper hot water for drinks and not flasks. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with lovely rooms.”
