“Lovely rooms for a short stay in Folkestone and a fantastic breakfast. Only small comment would be that in the summer when the day starts really early, the shutters don't really block the light so we were not able to have much of a lie in - although this is personal preference and only a small comment on an otherwise lovely stay.”

“Nothing is too difficult for a very hospitable host who personally welcomes you to her home. More than pleasant, it was a very comfortable stay, and i would definitely recommend to anyone. If i get back to Folkestone, i will almost certainly be looking to return to this wonderful little B&B.”

“Chris who booked us in and then helped us later in the evening was exceptionally lovely. He impressed us all a lot and made us happy. The hotel is ideal for the channel tunnel and close enough to Folkestone to have a little wander around the beautiful coast. The hotel is pet friendly which is great. There are some places to walk the dog a 10 minute drive away. ”

“Used the hotel as a night stop before an early ferry. It served thus purpose well was clean fidy with an easy check in helpful manager / owner. The hotel is a little dated but tidy and great for our 1 night stay only 15 minutes from either the ferry or eurotunnel.”

Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. “Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC. The location was good, close to the train station and walkable distance to the seaside and city center. If you have an allergy to dogs, pass on this. Pets aren't allowed in the rooms, but the owners have dogs in the building. Also,……
