“The Manager was extremely helpful and caring so were all the other staff, food was very good for pub food, great location for a stop over, Hotel itself just needs a bit of redecoration but the original building is amazing.”

“Wonderful sized room, huge bathroom with a his and her sink and fantastic view to look out upon. I think I may have had a room upgrade as it was my wedding day and a lot larger than expected! Thank you to the staff if that was the case. The cooked breakfast was pretty tasty and they had continental yoghurts and fruit beforehand. The decor was a bit tired e.g ripped curtain, carpet staining etc. It was still very nice, but the closer you look the more little details from wear and tear were……

“The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The dining room was bright with surrounding windows. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Pantiles with quaint cafes and shops. We had a smaller room that looked over a smoke stack so would definitely upgrade next time. ”
