“Breakfast was really nice, loads of choice and tasty. Staff were lovely, polite, professional and well mannered. Room was very nice and spacious, had a good night sleep and good selection of complimentary drinks. My only criticism was my shower wasn't powerfull with heat , the pole holding the shower head came loose and the carpet in my room had a few stains which was off putting, needs sorting out and cleaning properly to remove dark patches. ”

“The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly……

“it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). ”
