“Floor number designations are very confusing. The 1st floor label on the elevator is actually the rooms with 200 #. You get on the elevator, press the 2nd floor button, and the doors open to the 3rd floor. There is no 3rd floor button in the elevator. Very confusing. I ran into another couple that was as confused as me. The desk clerk tried to explain, but it still made no sense. It would be very difficult for 1st responders ”

“There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve.”
