“Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time. ”

“The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. ”

“The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.”

“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。”
