"Very convenient location, close to Victoria station. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room looks refurbished with everything controlled using an iPad. There were some hiccups with the system in the middle of the stay, but the staff members quickly fixed it."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean.
