“This was the perfect family getaway spot. The home is exactly how it looks in the photos, modern and cute! My boys were obsessed with the property that hugs the home. The location was a short distance to all the attractions we had planned. My favorite was being able is hear all the wildlife and rushing water from the front porch. We will be visiting again!”

“This property was beautiful. Has everything you need and more. The property manager was great with communication. The only con I guess you would say is that the driveway is very steep and it had rained the past few days before our arrival making it a rough trek up it. The property manager did reach out to make us aware of this and said we would need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the driveway, we did in fact have a 4 wheel drive vehicle so we had no issues. Other than the driveway……

“Had a wonderful stay with family! Enjoyed the majestic views of the mountains overlooking the tennessee river, while watching bald eagles, river otters, and wild turkey. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Would absolutely go back and stay again!”

“We had a great stay at Bungalow Charmer. The location of the property was good, about 8-10 minutes from just about anywhere in downtown. The house was had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. Check in was easy and the management team was very responsive. The only negative was the beds were very hard. With that said, we would certainly stay here again!”

“Great property, lots of space for my friends and I to hang out and enjoy the lake views and nature. Only slight complaint would be that there were a number of wasps around the property but somewhat to be expected when you’re in the woods. Would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group who is looking for a property with great views and plenty of space for a whole group of people. ”

“We loved our stay at sleepin Bear! It was far enough away that you felt like you were actually getting away, but close enough to everything where you don’t have to drive super far. We visited rock city and lookout winery. Both were great and super close! This cabin was very clean and exactly as described. Perfect for a short weekend. It’s a little small to spend more than a couple days (in my opinion) but perfect for a few nights. The only issue we had- the bed was a little too firm!!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Hut. We loved watching the ducks run around and the friendly dog that really helped my dog relax after a 12 hour drive. He was nervous. Location was excellent. We utilized the kitchen and cooked all our meals. We brought food we cooked at our house for the first night, I am so glad we did because when you get off your exit you are past the town to get food. If you didn’t bring food just stop one exit early you have restaurants and grocery stores everything you need……
