However, check-in was a bit of issue and took me an hour to figure out. Vacasa was the one in charge of all process but they did not communitcate well to their local staff the gate staff. I had to fix it at the gate and waited there.”

Owner very attentive and responded to call for Wi-Fi reboot very quickly. She also detailed two issues so we knew she knew it wasn’t us. The only negative me and my guests encountered was with the insensitivity of the management company's personnel when we called because we were locked out of the home because the keyless lock pad stopped responding to the access code.
