“Excellent location in downtown Kennett Square. Parking spot directly behind building and ice cream parlor directly in front, across the street. Lots of little touches we didn’t expect, like snacks and an “in case you left home without” basket. Host was responsive and apartment was very clean. Its small, but we fit 6 people. Just wish the floors were not so creaky. Would certainly stay again if ever returning to Kennett Square!”

“We were visiting our daughter at school and getting her moved out for the summer. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!”

“This apartment is beautiful and relaxing. The pictures online are spot on, and it was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The only downside, which others have mentioned, is the noise from the road out-front is very loud so I could see that bothering some people trying to sleep. The apartment, the main floor of a divided house slept four comfortably. The highlight of this experience was the incredibly responsive manager, Dave. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping.
